Our family has had a handful of dentists over the years and what a treasure Dr. Tran was to find ! He was recommended by a friend and three years later we couldn't be happier. He's way up-to-date on his technology and the friendliest doctor I've had. My kids think he's super cool and they love seeing him too. I agree with the previous reviewer EZ - Dr. Tran is a perfectionist - he will not skimp on fixing your teeth !!! Completely agreed....just a nice, cool guy who wants you to have great teeth. Take your spouse, take your kids, you'll be glad you did :)

Finding a dentist has been a struggle and ever since moving to Cerritos, I've been through 4 and the best one was 300 miles away! But I've finally found a dentist that I'm completely confident in and he's local. Yay! I can barely contain the joy. Dr. Tran's just a nice guy who's genuinely interested in your dental welfare. Plus he's a total perfectionist and has a great team, so you know your teeth will be in good hands no matter what kind of havoc is wreaked by your diet, genes, or personal hygiene.

But he's just one dimension of the practice. His assistant Joy, is exactly that, a total joy to be around, she's like a favorite auntie. Together they'll put you completely at ease and feeling like you're part of the Dr. Tran family. And Cindy who handles the front is a no nonsense kind of woman who's as nice as can be, even when you're 10 mins late for you first appointment and don't have any forms already filled out - sorry! Oh, nuts, I forgot the hygenists name, but she was super nice, too, and she gave me an extremely thorough cleaning without any pain.

I'm definitely coming back, well, okay, I happen to need some dental work done but it's really because they're cool people who do a great job.

Thank you so much! I've really conquered an old demon regarding not only all the work you've done, but with yesterday's work especially. As I mentioned, the front teeth accident that occurred when I was 8 began the cycle of fear. I'm 63 now! Lots of years of running scared. This is a huge psychological change. An entire personal paradigm has shifted! Who knows? Maybe this new found freedom will open up pathways to my hidden desire to skydive! LOL!

Now, I hope you give yourself credit where it's due. I'm not sure if your style of interacting with patients represents a new approach to dentistry in the general population. But my guess is that your kindness, gentle nature and personal approach is a result of simply who you are--a wonderful human being, doing a wonderful thing for people. Your sensitivity and patience is beautiful, and I'm so glad to have found you!

Joy and Cindy round out the picture. All three of you are very, very special. Patient, kind, loving and professional. What more could a person ask for?

I want to say Dr. Tran is a very excellent dentist who will leave you smiling after your visit. If you are looking for a great dentist, you must give him a call.

Dr. Tran and his staff are the best around! We live on Catalina Island and they go out of their way to help accommodate all of our needs coming from a distance. I started going to them when my husband was going through cancer treatment 6 years ago. I had to go back and forth on the boat a lot to visit him while he was in the hospital. At the same time I was getting my much needed dental work done, that I had obviously put off. We became fast friends as each Cindy, Joy and Dr. Tran all supported me through this rough time. My husband is in remission, thankfully! Since then my husband has gone to him, my parents switched over to Dr. Tran and so have some friends on the island. Both my husband and myself have had major dental work done w/ Dr. Tran and have always been happy!

Everyone doesn't like going to the dentist, but seeing Dr Tran, is like catching up with an old friend! He's so personable and really cares for you as a person than just a patient. He always has a smile on his face. His staff is also just as amazing. Super friendly and always there to help you. Dr Tran will always look out for what's best for you. I was blessed by being raised in Los Alamitos. I always like supporting my community. Dr Tran is a real addition to the Los Al community.
